1-15 of 17Shop Brink filters for Flair and Renovent mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) units. Our range includes EU-made house-brand replacements and selected original Brink filter sets. Choose your exact model, then compare the filter grade and dimensions before ordering.
Whether you need Brink replacement filters for routine maintenance or a compatible finer supply-air filter, start with the unit label. Most sets here contain two filters: one for incoming outdoor air and one for air extracted from your home. The product listing identifies the combination supplied.
Find the right Brink replacement filters
Match the complete model name before choosing a filter class. Filters for different Brink series can look similar while differing in length, width, thickness or fitting arrangement. The number on the unit matters, as does the bypass configuration on certain Renovent HR models.
Check these details before adding a set to your basket:
- The series and model on the appliance label, such as Flair 400 or Renovent Excellent 300.
- Any relevant version details, particularly whether a Renovent HR unit has a bypass.
- The listed supply and extract filter dimensions, checked against the existing filters and manual.
- The filter class, quantity and original or house-brand designation on the product page.
Keep a photo of the appliance label and existing filters with your maintenance records. It makes future orders easier and helps resolve uncertainty about an older installation.
Measure the full filter, including its frame, in millimetres. Check the product’s dimensions for each position rather than expecting both filters to be identical. A thin coarse filter and a deeper pleated supply filter can belong to the same compatible set; different thicknesses do not automatically mean you have selected the wrong pair.
Brink Flair filters
Choose Brink Flair filters by model number. The range covers Flair 225, Flair 325/400 and Flair 450/600, with different filter sizes across these groups.
Flair 225
Our Brink Flair 225 filter set contains two G4 filters measuring 400 × 215 × 5 mm. Check this model-specific listing rather than choosing a set simply labelled for the wider Flair series.
Flair 325 and Flair 400
Brink Flair 400 filters and Flair 325 filters are grouped together in the listed sets. Options include G4+G4 for coarse filtration and a Flair 325/400 G4+F7 filter set with a finer supply filter. The supply filter in that combination is thicker than the extract filter, so compare both measurements.
Flair 450 and Flair 600
For these models, the range includes a house-brand G4+G4 set and an original Brink Flair 450/600 G4+F7 set. These use a different format from the 325/400 sets. Confirm the listed model and filter specification when choosing between them.
Brink Renovent filters
Brink Renovent filters are available for Excellent, HR and Sky units. Each family has its own model groups, so “Renovent” alone is not enough to identify the replacement.
Renovent Excellent
Brink Renovent Excellent 300 filters and Renovent Excellent 400 filters appear in the listed 300/400/500 group. Browse the Renovent Excellent 300/400/500 filter set and check the current specification for the filtration option you need.
The Renovent Excellent 180 takes a separate format. Its listed options include G3+G3 and G3+M6 sets. Do not substitute a larger Excellent filter or assume that an additional model suffix is covered unless the product listing confirms it.
Renovent HR with and without bypass
Brink Renovent HR 250/325 filters must match the bypass version. Compare the HR 250/325 set with bypass with the HR 250/325 set without bypass. The standard sets have different dimensions and should not be treated as interchangeable.
If your label uses another designation, check the manual or ask for help before ordering. A familiar capacity number alone does not establish compatibility.
Renovent Sky
Brink Renovent Sky filters are divided into Sky 150/200 and Sky 300 sets. For example, the Renovent Sky 300 G4+F7 set has separate supply and extract filter measurements. Keep the two positions distinct when comparing dimensions and fitting replacements.
Choose the right filter class
Coarse filters for routine dust filtration
G3 and G4 are older EN 779 filter grades still used in product names. Coarse filters collect larger airborne debris such as lint, hair and coarse dust. Depending on the set, they serve on both air paths or alongside a finer supply filter.
The extract filter helps limit dirt entering the unit from indoor air. The supply filter treats incoming outdoor air. Both need attention, even when one looks cleaner than the other.
Finer supply filters and ISO ratings
Some compatible sets combine a coarse extract filter with an M6 or F7 supply filter. These options offer finer particle filtration than the corresponding coarse option. Choose only a combination specified for your unit, particularly when upgrading from a standard set.
Check the individual product’s ISO 16890 rating. EN 779 grades and ISO Coarse, ePM10, ePM2.5 or ePM1 ratings use different classification methods. There is no fixed one-to-one conversion, so two filters described as F7 should not automatically be assumed to have identical performance.
If pollen or outdoor fine dust is your concern, compare the declared particle rating as well as fit. A particle filter does not establish protection against gases or odours, and finer media must remain suitable for the unit’s airflow requirements.
Original Brink filters and house-brand alternatives
Original products are identified as Brink-made on their listings. House-brand filters are third-party replacements made in the EU for the stated applications. Availability varies by model and filtration option.
Compare the specification of each set before choosing. Matching dimensions are important, but the filter construction, intended position and declared filtration rating also matter. The original or house-brand label alone does not tell you how two different sets compare.
When comparing prices, check whether the listing covers a complete set or an individual filter. For a planned change, have all the required filters ready before opening the unit. If you buy a spare set, keep it clean and dry in its packaging and label it with the unit model.
When to replace your Brink MVHR filters
Brink’s general guidance is to replace filters every six months, with cleaning between changes where the relevant instructions allow it. Follow the guidance for your appliance and fitted filter media, and check earlier if filters become heavily loaded.
Building work and dusty surroundings can shorten the interval. Inspect both filters after renovation work and respond to the unit’s filter message. Keeping a dated maintenance record makes it easier to recognise when your home needs more frequent changes.
A clogged filter adds resistance to airflow. Depending on the unit’s controls, this can affect airflow or increase the effort required from the fans. Replacing loaded filters helps maintain the intended ventilation, but it does not replace servicing of the rest of the system. Investigate persistent noise or poor airflow after a filter change.
Replacing a filter set
Use the model-specific instructions linked from the product page’s “How to change” tab together with your appliance manual. The general sequence is:
- Switch off and isolate the unit as instructed before opening it.
- Note the supply and extract positions and any orientation markings.
- Remove the old filters carefully and fit the correct replacements securely.
- Close the unit, restore operation and reset the filter message as directed.
Never force an unsuitable filter into place. If a replacement does not seat correctly, stop and recheck the model, dimensions and fitting instructions.
When fitting a set with two different filter grades, identify the supply position from the appliance instructions. Do not rely on a left-or-right rule taken from another unit, since installation layouts can differ.
Brink filter questions
Can I wash my Brink filters
Only use the cleaning method permitted for your appliance and filter media. Do not assume a filter is washable. Where cleaning is allowed, it does not remove the need for scheduled replacement.
What does the filter warning mean
It signals that filter maintenance is due. Check the filters and follow your model’s instructions; the message is not a measurement of indoor air quality. Reset it after completing the required maintenance.
What if I cannot identify my filter
Contact Filter Express with the complete model name, a photo of the unit label and the existing filter dimensions. Once the fit is confirmed, select the appropriate Brink filter set and order online.

Which Brink ventilation series do you supply filters for?

We carry replacement filter sets for Brink's most common residential lines:
- Flair (225, 325/400, 450/600)
- Renovent Excellent (180, 300/400/500)
- Renovent Sky (150/200, 300)
- Renovent HR (250/325, with or without bypass)
All four are widely installed in the Netherlands and Belgium. The model name is usually printed on a label inside the front cover, next to the filter compartment.
How quickly can you deliver Brink replacement filters to the Netherlands or Belgium?

We ship Brink filters across the Netherlands and Belgium, with most orders arriving within a few business days. Ordering slightly ahead of your next scheduled filter change avoids running the unit on a saturated filter while you wait.
Do Renovent Excellent, Renovent Sky and Flair units all use the same filter size, or does it vary?

No — filter dimensions differ between the Renovent Excellent, Renovent Sky, Renovent HR and Flair series, and often between sizes within a series (for example, Flair 225, 325/400 and 450/600 each take their own set). Always match by your exact series and model, or measure your current filter directly, rather than assuming sizes carry across the Brink range.
My Brink unit shows a filter warning light — does that mean the filter is full?

Not necessarily. The filter indicator on Brink Flair and Renovent units is a maintenance reminder — on most models it comes on after a set number of operating hours, not because the filter has been measured as full. Check the filters visually, fit a new set if they are dirty, and reset the indicator from the unit's control panel as described in your manual.
What filter class is recommended for Brink units?

It depends on the series. The Brink filter sets we stock come in these combinations:
- Flair and Renovent Sky — G4+G4, or G4+F7 with a fine F7 (ePM1) supply filter
- Renovent Excellent 300/400/500 — G3+G3, or G3+F7
- Renovent Excellent 180 and Renovent HR — G3+G3, or G3+M6
Choose the version with the finer supply filter (F7 or M6) for better protection against pollen and fine dust, for example near a busy road. The Flair 225 is available as G4+G4 only.
