What filter protects against
This product contains one original aluminium filter for the extract-air side. It helps intercept coarse debris before it reaches the ventilation unit. It is not a fine-particle supply-air filter.

Switch off the ventilation unit before opening it. Follow the unit manual and filter-service indicator. Inspect regularly; dust exposure can require earlier servicing. Follow the model-specific cleaning instructions for the aluminium filter and replace it if damaged.
